In the beginning my son had shown interest in the violin. I encouraged him to try another instrument first – I didn’t want him to play something just because I did or make him think I wanted him to play the violin because I did. He chose percussion!
He has been asking me often to try the violin and yesterday I finally agreed and got him a rental! He’s throughly enjoying learning to play and I must say is quite good! So proud of him.
